Terms of use

Effective 11 September 2026 · Bakir Apps

These terms apply to every app published by Bakir Apps ("we", "us") on the App Store, including Authenticator. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app, except where the law allows.

Purchases and subscriptions

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data. For Authenticator in particular: if you lose your device and did not enable iCloud sync, your accounts cannot be recovered by us. Keep the backup codes provided by the services you protect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to interfere with the app or its services, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue an app or any feature at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you have paid for.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bakir Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of access to accounts protected by the app or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple

These terms are between you and Bakir Apps, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
